How long does shipping take?

3. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy for unused and unworn items in original packaging. Some items (e.g., final sale items) may not be eligible for return. Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us, unless item is deemed faulty or an incorrect item was received.
How do I request a return?
Email us at orders@ausoutlet.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Note: Please include your order number inside the package for faster processing.
Received a faulty or incorrect item?
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, or you’ve received the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service team right away at cs@ausoutlet.com.au. Be sure to include 2–3 clear photos showing the issue.
If we confirm a manufacturing fault, we’ll provide you with a free returns label so you can send the item back for either a refund, store credit, or a replacement.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged due to washing or normal wear and tear.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges. Contact us at orders@ausoutlet.com.au to arrange an exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Are your products authentic?
Absolutely! At AUSOUTLET.COM.AU, we only stock and sell 100% authentic products sourced directly from trusted brands, authorized distributors, and reputable suppliers.
We stand behind the quality of every item we sell and do not sell counterfeit, replica, or fake items—ever. We are committed to providing our customers with genuine products at the best prices.
